NEW EXAMINATION PATTERN

I just wanted to ask whether the new pattern announced by ashok ganguly is for 2008 board exams or for 2009 exams and the model test paper of hindi course-b which is there in "recent" column is for 2008 or 2009 exams.

actually , it was announced in tv,newspapers, everywhere ,just two days back

but itz almost same as told earlier except dat HOTS question in science......
