This lines meaning is very easy . it means that all the old memories of babuli were with him and he was feeling ashamed as he did not maintain his family relations.

IT means that Babuli was reminded of his childhood days and he felt ashamed of his ingratitude. "Time.........." means that with time Babuli had changed , he had no feelings 4 his home unlike his brother who was still the same loving & selfless person.

It means that Babuli was feeling guilty. He had not been in contact with his family 4 a long tym and had never helped them in crisis.Although his brother was very helpful throughout Babuli's childhood,Babuli paid off his part in a very irrisponsible manner. These lines emphasise on the fact that Babuli's past was out in front of him and he was in a dilemma. He was full of remorse coz he never showed his part of respect after he went to d village.

Babuli felt nostalgic & all the scenes of his childhood days in his village passed before his eyes. He felt as if he was back to the same time. His elder brother's unconditional love for him remained unchanged.
