hey..
there is a sum given in our NCERT text ,in the chapter co-ordinate geometry.it is in the optional exercise .......
How to find the opp.vertices of a square if the other two vertices are given?
that is it.please help me

I hope u have the RD Sharma. Go to page 9.11 and see example 14. This is a HOTS!!!!!!!!!!! questions.

Sounds quite simple. square has 4 sides equal and all angles are 90deg.

If the given vertices opposite, draw a line joining them - this gives u one diagonal. find the mid point - using compass - perpendicular bisector method.. draw a circle with the mid point as center, include one vertex. This circle will intersect the perpendicular bisector of the diagonal at the other two vertices
