THAT IS BECAUSE OF THE FORMATION OF A COMPLEX RESULTING IN THE DECREASE IN NUMBER OF
PARTICLES.

not complex, its due to the formation of colloid (due to preferential adsorbion of ions from the solution) that leads to decrease in the numer of particles and hence increase in the freezing point.
