Major dfference between Computer Aided Teaching (CAT) and Computer Aided Learning (CAL)
1) CAT - Bhartiyavidya (Only Bhartiyavidya), CAL - CDs available in the market and freely downloadable content from internet
2) CAT - Designed according to the curriculum, CAL-Not exactly
3) CAT - Designed for 3-7 Minutes in duration, CAL - Designed for 30 mins to 1 hour
4) CAT - Design consideration is for classroom Teaching, CAL - Design consideration is for Self Learning
5) CAT - Covers only the difficult to visualise concepts, CAL - Covers entire syllabus
The multi media contents available in the market are basically LEARNING TOOL, the design of which, is for self learning. But Bhartiyavidya is a curriculum driven, classroom centric multimedia content, which supports, assist and empowers the teachers. The learning tools are basically replaces a teacher as it has voice along with animation and makes teachers inactive. Bhartiyavidya is not a voice based content. The teacher can use the animated content of difficult to visualise concepts and explain with their own voice & wisdom with their pace and style of teaching.

Bhartiyavidya Powerclass is a comprehensive approach to convert the normal classrooms to Digital classrooms. The powerclass is the combination of hardware, software and multimedia content (90000+ content). In this programme, school need not to think about the initial investment. There would be ZERO initial investment from school. All the infrastructure investment will be done by us and the school will apy it over 36 month (36 EMI). In this 3 yeras contract, JILIT is responsible for installation, implementation, Teachers Training, Content updation, upgradation, hardware service, maintenance. After the completion of the contarct period, the whole infrastructure will be handed over to the school including the content. The infrastructure becomes school's property after 3 years.
